Issues that Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy can help you with are too vast to list... limiting beliefs that tell you you’re not good enough, not lovable, don’t deserve, etc., can manifest in ways that affect all aspects of life.
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy can quickly and truly change limiting beliefs, while other forms of therapy usually take months, at best, for changes that often do not last. The difference comes from being told by your wise self and Higher Self, or soul.
Any issue you may have had, has reasons that can be addressed by your wise self and Higher Self. Answering what they are telling you leads to resolving the issues quickly.
Solving current issues sometimes leads to past life memories. Work with those issues is then fully supported and often leads to incredible solutions for previously unexplained issues even for clients with no previous belief in past lives. This changes beliefs in past lives when it happens or the experience can be viewed as symbolic only.
Note however that some seek regression therapy just to learn about their past lives. Arica does not accept clients just seeking to satisfy past life curiosity.

The most common is as
a loving, change agent who models making changes and helps others change.
Arica has been told "you changed my life," too many times for her to keep track.
"Arica" means loving, and she was described as that long before she imagined herself as being that. Other descriptions include Rockstar (by Fascinate Personality profile system), Artisan/Inventor (by Higher Alignment profile system), caring, creative, imaginative, authentic, humble, intelligent, wise, and other ways.
“I came to Arica because of my lifelong sense that I don't belong here in this life of 70 years. In one session I saw where that belief came from, a misinterpretation of what I overheard my father say to my mom when I was very young. I was able to quickly rearrange my life with the new found sense that I belong here. My left arm's paralysis was gone within two weeks of the session with Arica even though my arm was not even discussed with Arica. Doctors had failed to explain its paralysis and gave me no hope for recovery from it. I was able to go back able to enjoying playing my grand piano again. I even performed in a concert within a few months after my one session with Arica.”
